Purchases & Refunds
These could be some of the reasons why your payment didn’t go through:
- Your card issuer might be having technical issues that prevent us from requesting an authorization on your card.
- Your card issuer might block the payment for security reason as it doesn’t fit your regular spending pattern.
- Your card is not activated for online payments.
- There could be a sending limit on your card that has been exceeded.
- The network you’re using to make the payment is not secure or unstable.
To help you make payment successfully, you may want to:
- Try using a different card to make your payment again.
- Contact your card issuer to check if your card is valid, and can be used to make online payments, or if there is any recent technical issue or restriction on your card.
- Use a secure network to make your payment.
If you’ve tried these suggested solutions and your payment still won’t go through, please contact our Customer Service.
All of our products are made to order. For this reason, the products have no right to return. We only except returns if the product is defective or damaged during transport. If your product is defective or you wish to return it, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
If you notice that your packaging is damaged when you receive the delivery. Please note this on the Delivery company. In of any damage occurring during the delivery, you must first make a complaint to the delivery company.
If your refund is in accordance with our Return Policy or is damaged. We will send you a new product or make a deposit to your Fistfy.com account. In a situation where the product is returned it will be unused and returned in its original packaging. Please note that we can not receive personal hygiene product returns or products made to order. In a product complaint situation, the complaint must be made through the complaint form. We will process your complaints within 7 days.
In case of product return, you will need a return code from us. This code will be sent to you as soon as the complaint has been processed and approved. Unfortunately, we will not be able to take refunds for product returns without return codes. You will receive an appropriate complaint through this form. Please note: that we will not be responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.
We only use Secure Online Payment methods, such as Safe Pay by PayPal. When you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient will not receive sensitive financial information such as your credit card or bank account number. This way, you do not have to worry about paying people you do not know. Your payment receipt is read by Visiofy Company.

Using the Fistfy online service is safe. All our communications in the web service take place in an encrypted environment. Our Fistfy Web Service Uses HTTPS (Hypertext Transport Protocol Secure) is a network communication protocol that protects the integrity and confidentiality of data between the user’s computer and your site.
