FAQ – Hankey’s Toys Cyber Monday Sale and what are the details of the sale?

1. ALL sale items are 25% off. See the additional discount offer below in red.
2. Refresh any page on November 29th to view our Cyber Monday Deals Page link located in our header. 
3. If you purchase an item that is listed on Hankey’s ‘Cyber Monday Deals‘ page, you will also receive a coupon code good for 25% off unlimited future purchases. We will put this coupon code inside your box with your shipment. 
4. The coupon code that we are sending out with all purchases ordered from our ‘Cyber Monday Deals‘ page may be used as many times as you like prior to the expiration date. This coupon code has unlimited uses until it expires on February 28, 2022. 
5. Items listed on our ‘Cyber Monday Deals’ page cannot have their options adjusted (Color, firmness, attachment hole option); since these items have been premanufactured and are ready to ship, they are ONLY available in the options listed in the drop-down menus located on our ‘Cyber Monday Deals’ page. 
6. You may purchase a mix of sale and non-sale items in the same order. If at least one of the items that you purchased is from our ‘Cyber Monday Deals’ page, you will receive a 25% off coupon code with your order. 
7. Cyber Monday starts at 12:00 am PST, November 29th, and ends at 11:59 pm PST, November 29th. Be sure to refresh the homepage at the start of the sale. Tip: Place your order early, it’s first come first served and we may sell out quickly. 
8. All items listed on sale are IN STOCK and ready to ship until they are sold out. 
9. Once a sale item displays that it is no longer in stock, it cannot be purchased on Cyber Monday. 
10. All items listed on our regular pages are not on sale and are made to order. 
11. If an item is on sale, it will not be available for purchase on our regular shop pages. 
12. Discounts will be calculated at checkout. 
13. If you email us, please include your five-digit order number.  
14. Custom colors and firmness options are not available starting Friday, November 19th. These options will most likely be back in stock sometime between Dec 15 and Jan 1. 
15. No coupon codes, birthday promo offers, or other offers may be used on Cyber Monday, all discount codes are disabled during this Cyber Monday. The only exemption is the 15% off ‘Featured Products’ on our homepage which may be purchased at 15% off and can be combined with other sale or non-sale items. 
16. All orders placed on Cyber Monday are subject to longer than normal lead times. Please be patient and be prepared to incur longer than normal wait as this will apply to all orders placed between November 29th through December due to Cyber Monday sales and the holiday rush. Hankeys elves are working 24/7 to get your order out but please be prepared to be patient depending on where you are in line.
17. If you place multiple orders, they CANNOT be combined into a single shipment. If you wish to have them combined, we will need to cancel them so that you can place one single order. We may not be able to cancel your order in time for you to receive the Cyber Monday discount.
18. We cannot extend the Cyber Monday discount under any circumstances. If you want to cancel and reorder the same day, make a change to the size, or model of the toy we will have to cancel your order. There is no guarantee that we will be able to answer your email on Cyber Monday and you will be excluded from the sale if you cannot place your order again within the 24hr window.  
19. DO NOT email us unless you wish to cancel your order, need to correct your address, or have an URGENT matter regarding your order. We will receive a lot of emails on Cyber Monday and if we have to flag your order due to an email that we need to respond to beyond the reasons listed above, this may cause delays with your order. 
20. DO NOT let your eyes get greedier than your hole! The biggest regret we hear from customers is that they ordered a size that will not fit. Measure carefully, compare to dimensions of your existing toys, CHOOSE CAREFULLY.
21. AGAIN…CHOOSE CAREFULLY, if you request a change to your order such as size or model of toy we will have to refund your order and you cannot be eligible after Nov 29^th for our Cyber Monday discount unless you were able to replace your order that same day (and we may not get through all of the emails that same day). Do your research beforehand and choose wisely. If you email us with a question on Cyber Monday, we may not respond the same day. 
22. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS: THERE ARE NO RETURNS ONCE SHIPPED UNLESS WE HAVE MADE AN ERROR OR YOUR ITEM IS DEFECTIVE.
