It was the first DVD release from TROUBLEfilms and was made as a fundraiser for the Center for Sex and Culture, being filmed at its yearly Masturbate-a-Thon.

Many large distributors refused to carry the film because of its fisting scene, and some companies asked for an edited non-fisting version. The film’s creators refused to censor it and released it to whoever would take it.
